Food Service Assisant/Kitchen Aid

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Food Service Manager, the Food Service Worker represents a broad grouping of positions performing a variety of food service functions and duties depending upon the assignment of the Food Service Manager and the needs of the department. Duties of the job includes serving elementary breakfast, assisting in the preparation of main lunch menu; assists in
setting up breakfast and lunch serving lines; preparing and baking breads, buns, cakes, and cookies; preparation items such as salads, sandwiches, and fruit for alternative/ala carte lines; serving meals, portions, and participant counts; assists in the proper sanitation of work areas, serving areas, tables, and equipment; and performing dish room duties in cleaningpans, pots, dishes, silverware.
 
This position is 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday--6:30-1:00
Starting minimum wage is $19.50
