Assistant Coach Job Requirements
Under the direction of the Head Coach and Activities Director, the successful applicant will possess the following traits, skills, and knowledge:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Effective communicator with students and adults
• Experience working with high school students
• Strong knowledge of speech techniques and performances
• Thorough understanding of MSHSL speech rules
• Available afternoons and evenings on all weekdays and occasional weekends during the season
• Completed and approved district background check
