Job Description:

In the Spring, Summer, and Fall:

As a Dock Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Brindley's Harbor Resort and Acorn Hill Resort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the harbor, ensuring the safety and convenience of guests' watercraft.
• Cleaned fish for guests and provided exceptional customer service.
• Distributing bait to anglers and helping with their needs.
• Fueling up boats and performing basic maintenance checks.
• Aiding in the launch and retrieval of boats.
• Participating in yard work and general maintenance tasks around the resorts.

In the Winter:

As an Ice Fishing Guide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Brindley's Harbor Resort and Acorn Hill Resort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plowing ice roads, ensuring the safety and convenience of guests.
• Moving wheelhouses and skid houses from location to location chasing fish. 
• Cleaned fish for guests and provided exceptional customer service.
• Distributing bait to anglers and assisting with their needs.
• Fueling trucks, snowmobiles, and other winter equipment and performing basic maintenance checks.
• Participating in snow removal and general maintenance tasks around the resorts.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work on the weekends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• A passion for the outdoors and an eagerness to learn.
