SEEKING CONTRACTED SEASONAL CITY GARDENER
The City of Walker is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to fill the contracted City Gardener position between the months of May - October. This is a rewarding and flexible position for anyone looking to earn some extra cash over the summer!
Scope of services: Planting and maintaining of rock garden along with flower beds on City Hall property, planting of the flagpole at City Park, and shrubs by the lighthouse.
Help may be provided by paid and/or volunteer gardeners. City staff will be available to assist with heavy lifting or hauling needs.
Services will be paid monthly at the rate of $17.00/hour.
