About Us
D.W. Jones, Inc. expanded into property management in 1989 managing two complexes. By the beginning of 1997, D.W. Jones, Inc. was managing 30 rental properties, totaling 595 units and grew to six employees to oversee the duties and responsibilities of the rental properties. In June of 1997 a separate corporation named D.W. Jones Management, Inc., was formed which solely provides rental property management services.
Today, D.W. Jones Management, Inc. manages 109 rental properties totaling 3,464 rental units with full management services. The staff size is thirty-six employees managing rental property in a geographic area defined by Zimmerman, MN to the south, Roseau and Warroad, MN to the north, Duluth and Grand Marais, MN to the east and Moorhead, MN to the west. D.W. Jones Management, Inc. currently staffs three site office locations to better serve the owner, the property and the community. These sites are located in Grand Rapids, Baxter and Thief River Falls, MN.
D.W. Jones Management currently manages Birch Lake Apartments in Hackensack, Mayview Manor and Lakeview Terrace in Walker.
